What if the order was not delivered by the guaranteed time?

 You can apply for a refund and receive a refund of the full / partial (*Rule 1) cost of the goods. Open the dispute not later than 15 days after the expiration of Customer Protection time, (10 - 60 days) of the delivery of the goods to begin the process of refund.

 Always check the delivery time, to make sure that You can receive the order by the desired date. Average delivery time is from 7 days, up to 60 days in exceptional cases.

Guarantee of the authenticity or refund of the payment, including the cost of delivery. 

  1.  Be sure that You have chosen a product where is provided an "Authenticity Guarantee".
  2.  If the product provided with this guarantee is a fake, You will receive a full refund, including shipping costs.

Rules:

  •   If the product does not match the description and / or has defect, breakage, you can get all the money spent, or some of them, provided that You will open the dispute and will provide all the necessary evidence (photo and / or video). We, in turn, undertake to fully or partially reimburse Your costs for the purchase of this good if You:
  1. Did not receive the order in time.
  2. Order is broken, torn or not usable.
  3. The order does not match with the description / photos.

*Admisibile extensions of evidence:

  1.  Photos: Each file cannot exceed 2MB. Supports JPG, JPEG, PNG
  2.  Videos: Please make sure the file is not bigger than 200 MB. Supported files are: 3GP, MP4, MPV, MOV, RM, RMVB, AVI, MPEG, WMV, DAT, VOB, and FLV. 
  • Evidence is valid and effective on the day / (up to 7 days, depending on the price of the goods and the method of shipment), after receiving the goods by the Buyer.
  • In case of not respecting the "Terms and conditions of use" when we will send Your money, then consider the commission for all transfers. The commission makes 3-5% + 0,4$ of the value of the goods. In other cases the comision is our deal.
  • Check the content of the parcel before You sign the receipt of the parcel at the post on Your address, to avoid possible breakages and / or defects during the transport of Your goods.
  • Return of goods is carried out only if the goods do not coincide with the description and photos on the strikemall.com.
  • If We decided to return the goods, then postage costs are paid by You.

Timeframe:

Dispute can take from 1 day up to 15 days, in dependence of evidence providing, our reviewing and finding the best option for Client. 

We also undertake, in case of a refund, to send Your money on the day of the positive decision to return, then the processing process depends on the bank that You use (on average from 3 to 15 days, depending on the country and the bank you use.)
